Taste: Clean and shiny wine, with very pale golden yellow colour, with steely iridescences and green highlights.
In the nose one can perceive aromas of citric and tropical fruits and herbaceous tones. In the mouth there is a sweet taste. A sweet and intense wine. Fresh, with a balanced acidity and a clean and pleasant end, with a mineral and smoky after-taste.
Persistent taste with a long, smooth, unctuous run and very elegant.
Gastronomy: Ideal accompaniment for appetizers, salads, fish, white meat.
Recommended temperature for tasting: 10º - 12 º C.
