Taste: Intense ruby color with violet tints.
Aromas of violets, blackberries and black currant. Light notes of red fruits such as red-currants. The nose retains the freshness and fruit sensations, with slight hints of cinnamon and cherry.
Palate is smooth, fleshy and balanced. Flavours of plum, rose, fruitcake, spices, raisins, honey and mint.
Smooth tannins which provide an elegant body. It is characterized by its fineness.
Gastronomy: Ideal with fish sauce, vegetables, meat and cheeses.
Recommended temperature for tasting: 12º - 14º C
